FAQs: Covid-19 and NTI's Face-to-Face Training

  • Will NTI’s face-to-face courses go ahead in 2021?

    Absolutely. Yes. NTI are committed to running all our face-to-face lecturing courses, as set out on our website, in 2021, unless workplaces are closed down by the Government, which seems extremely unlikely. Of course, we will only do this safely, and will continue to monitor and follow Government guidance at all times.

  • What happens if I cannot attend a face-to-face lecture I am booked on for Covid-19 related, or other reasons?

    All face-to-face courses will also have a live webinar alternative, in which the same content will be covered. NTI are committed to supporting all of our students through their studies in every way. You would also be able to speak with the lecturer and/or your dedicated Learning Mentor to catch up on anything you may have missed.

  • What happens if the Government close down lecture rooms and workplaces?

    NTI will always follow Government advice and face-to-face lectures would stop. However, we provide excellent online, interactive lectures using state of the art software and courses will be delivered in this way as an excellent replacement.

  • Are your venues Covid-19 secure?

    Yes. NTI use established, professional, and modern lecturing venues that have stringent Covid-19 safety protocols in place to ensure your safety at all times.

  • Are social distancing measures in place at your training venues?

    While Government advice is to adhere to social distancing NTI will book rooms large enough to ensure students are able to sit apart and observe social distancing measures while still benefiting from the full interactivity of lectures.

  • Will there be large groups of people in the lecture room?

    NTI always strictly follow all Government guidance and the lecture rooms we use always allow for safe social distancing.

  • Will I have to wear a face mask in lectures?

    You will only be required to do so if Government advice states that you must.

  • Will I receive money back if I miss a face-to-face lecture?

    There will be no need. NTI provide excellent webinar alternatives, available to you on the NTI app. No.
