Additional 'Top-Up' Fund Announced For Small Businesses

As a further measure to combat the financial effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, a discretionary fund has been set up by the Government to accommodate certain small businesses previously outside the scope of the business grants funds scheme.
