February continued the bumper month we provided in January to really kick-start your CPD year, whether you are a ICAEW or IPA member!
With NTI's CPD TAP, all the time spent listening to or downloading our up-to-the-moment webcasts is CPD that is both 'verifiable' and extremely useful. We had a great February, publishing 17 CPD TAP webcasts totalling a cracking 5 hours of updates, commentary, 'teaching moments' and, most importantly, highly relevant CPD.
Here is a summary of some of the content from January that is, of course, always available on the NTI app and can be listened to and shared at any time:
** A CPD TAP subscriber previously requested an introduction to informal options in Personal Insolvency; we continued this mini-series with webcasts on IVAs and Debt Relief Orders
** We also continued our Consumer Issues series, looking at issues facing the Personal Insolvency and Debt Advice sectors
** Wider insolvency topics were also covered: we had webcasts on the Fraud Act 2006 and the Bribery Act 2010
** We had a webcast on Loveridge v Povey, an Administration case
** Another month, another Restructuring Plan case; this time it was Re CB&I UK Ltd
** We looked at Transactions Defrauding Creditors, reviewing the key provisions
** We provided a webcast on VAT Groups, as well as guidance from HMRC
** Re Courtside Recycling Limited was covered: a case on fraudulent trading, misfeasance and books and records
There is so much to tap into, enjoy and learn and the NTI app always keeps the most up-to-the-moment changes in our sector fresh and verifiable.
