As two Dads returned from space with a splash yesterday, reporting that their knees hurt a bit and they don't think they can go into work this morning, another grey-haired American man, Randall Kroszner, made a bit of a splash himself in the 'mind your own business' sections of the British press today by saying that this country should prepare its courts for a flood of bankruptcies (sic) in the next few months and needs to liberalise its insolvency system to prevent viable businesses from going bust. Well, Mr Kroszner, do a bit of homework first before sharing your opinions with the few people who will read them; we call it Liquidation over here and already have loads of viable businesses going bust, thank you very much.
