New Companies House Form in MVLs

Companies House has updated Form LIQ01, which is the form used to file the statutory declaration of solvency in solvent Liquidations.

The form was updated to take account of measures under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.  Companies House have confirmed this new version of the form must be used as older versions will be rejected.
