A New Series For CPD Tap

Today’s CPD Tap (number 587) is the first in a new series from NTI, which are designed to be played to the whole team over some delicious lunchtime sandwiches and will be approximately 45 minutes to an hour in length.  The Taps in this series will be released every 4-6 weeks.

The first focusses on employee claims, their split between preferential and non-preferential, RPS payments, consultation and concludes with a very important section on the verification of information included in RP14 and RP14a forms.  This latter area is one which is a hot topic with both The Insolvency Service and the RPBs.

If you are a JIEB or CPI student, then this CPD Tap will make an excellent addition to your studies.
