NTI Joins Forces With Aryza Group

Posted on Oct 02, 2024. by NTI

You would have to be in a pretty deep coma to have missed the buzz across the news wires that NTI are now a part of the Aryza group. The phones in the newsroom have been ringing off the walls (and only two of the calls have, once again, mistaken us for the Turkish take-away downstairs - nevertheless we delivered two large plates of meze, as we have a real swell in confidence right now and do, as many of you know, a mean grilled aubergine salad).

For NTI, Aryza are a dream acquirer. Frankly, we haven't been short of offers over the last three years, but none has excited us, or been able to promise the kind of glittering future Aryza do. This is a serious company, with a gold-plated reputation around the world for genuinely end-to-end mission-critical automation software to business customers in regulated industries. Seriously, people, we have seen this incredible innovation in action and we're telling you, the things that Aryza do will knock your socks off.

The synergies between our two businesses are mind-blowing and we feel the kind of electricity running through us that we haven't experienced since Luke Shaw put us one-up in the Euros final against the Italians a few years ago (with apologies to our new Irish colleagues!).

However, of course, a few questions have already arisen and we wanted to answer them for you on this platform. The main points are as follows:

*  So is this the end for NTI?

HOW MANY TIMES?! Nothing at all will change from an NTI perspective. We continue in exactly the same way as before, with all the training, products and services we have been known for for so many years.

*   Really? Nothing will change?

NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? ...

*  Is Neil Taylor dead?

What? No. Dead? Why would you ask that?

*  Is Neil disappearing onto a sun-bed somewhere?

Are you kidding? Neil has a new lease of life and will be in and of this blended company probably forever, but certainly for years.

*  So, not dead, then?

NO. Definitely not.
