A statement issued today from Companies House
"As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with immediate effect, Companies House will not accept filing of statutory documents via emailed PDF attachments. The instructions for filing by this method were issued in our earlier communication dated 7 April 2020.
In addition, in light of the current situation and recent changes to court procedures, Companies House has changed its requirements in relation to the filing of a Declaration of Solvency.
These changes are:
They no longer require the original to be filed. Companies House will accept an emailed PDF copy of the document; Companies House will accept a Declaration of Solvency sworn via video.
