It won't have escaped your attention that the Supreme Court (one at the very pinnacle of the UK's legal pyramid) reported on PACCAR on 1 August ... and what a judgment it was.
There is too much to say about it on this space, and we at NTI have, of course, CPD TAPped it in full.
