What To Watch This Evening: The Bills

Billy has a way of dealing with bills when he gets them through the post. He puts them in his Dad's shed as a 'safety measure', although we in the NTI newsroom are not entirely sure who needs to be made safe here, him or the bills. We've all done it, opened up the Visa statement and scrunched our eyes up before looking at the number at the bottom of the bill, as if distortion will, in some way, change the truth.
