The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill - Update

As reported in Dear IP 103, which has no doubt landed in your inbox over the weekend, The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill passed through the House of Commons on Wednesday 3 June 2020 and is expected to proceed to the House of Lords on Tuesday 9 June 2020. The Bill will then be considered again on Tuesday 16 June 2020. The final reading of the Bill is due to occur in the House of Lords on Tuesday 23 June.
