Will HMRC Preferential Status Come In?

R3 have released a publication on the latest hearing of the finance bill entitled "Finance Bill: Concern Around Insolvency Proposal Impact".

It is an interesting read and although we have covered many of the points ourselves within CPD Tap it provides a useful indication of R3's lobbying against the law change.
