Layering

The process of laundering money typically involves three steps: placement, layering, and integration.

Layering is the second stage of money laundering. It is essentially the use of placement and extraction over and over again, using varying amounts each time, to make tracing transactions as hard as possible. Basically, it conceals the source of the money through a series of transactions and bookkeeping tricks.

It means the grant by the court of something, which, without such grant, it would have been unlawful to do.

Legal Title

Legal title means the absolute ownership of 'real property' that is enforceable in a court of law.
